Good news for Instagrammers! From now on, you can analyze IGTV posts and reply to comments with Fanpage Karma. All this is made possible because of an update of the official Instagram API. Of course, we took the opportunity for you and added the new functionality to Fanpage Karma.
Analyze
IGTV posts, meaning preview posts of IGTVs, can now be found in all charts, lists and tables you already use to evaluate regular posts. It is important to note that due to this addition, key figure values based on posts can turn out to be higher, even for past periods. This affects, for example, the interaction rate or the number of interactions. We added two new IGTV metrics:
- Number of IGTV posts
- IGTV post/post ratio
They can be found in the Instagram metrics section.
