- Open your content calendar in Publish
- Go to “Share” in the top right corner
- Check the box “Allow access via password-protected link”
- Create an individual password
- Share link and password
External people will then have access to your editorial calendar and can view and comment on all your posts. The access is secured via a password-protected link and can be shared with as many people as you like.
